Return & Refund Policy

At Rafah Scents, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted for purchases made through www.rafahscents.com.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


 

Eligibility for Returns

Returns and refunds are accepted under the following conditions:

  • The product is damaged, leaking, or defective at the time of delivery

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • The seal is broken during delivery

  • Special case: If Rafah Scents determines that the perfume is significantly different from expectations, a return/refund is allowed

To be eligible for return or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 10 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided

  • Refunds or replacements are only processed if the customer follows the verification process outlined below

Returns due to personal preference or fragrance change are generally not accepted, except in the special case above.


 

Return Process

  1. When a return is initiated, Rafah Scents will contact the customer using the phone number or email provided at the time of order.

  2. The customer must provide the bank account number via the same phone number used during ordering.

  3. If additional confirmation is needed, Rafah Scents will send a confirmation code via email. The customer must share this code back to Rafah Scents through the same WhatsApp/phone number.

  4. Unauthorized numbers or mismatched contact details will not be accepted.

Replacement

  • Once the returned parcel is received, Rafah Scents will send the same product that was ordered.

  • Replacement is only processed after inspection and verification of the returned item.


 

Refunds

  • Refunds are only made via bank transfer.

  • Refund timeline: within 15 days from the date Rafah Scents receives the returned parcel.

  • Refunds will be processed according to the bank account verification rules above.


 

Shipping & Courier Charges

  • Two-way shipping applies in most cases.

  • Repeat / loyal customers: Rafah Scents bears the return courier charges.

  • One-time / new customers: Return courier charges will be deducted from the refund amount.


 

Condition of Returned Product

  • Product must be unused, properly sealed, and in its original packaging.

  • Light usage testing (e.g., 1–2 sprays) is acceptable only if it does not compromise product integrity.

  • Damaged or incorrect products must be sent back before replacement/refund is issued.


 

Non-acceptance

  • If the customer fails to report the issue within 10 days, the return or refund will not be accepted.


 

Expectation / Smell Mismatch Cases

  • If Rafah Scents determines that the perfume is significantly different from expectations, the customer may report the issue within 10 days of delivery.

  • Complaints reported after 10 days will not be accepted.
